You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leadpool, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App.
Leadpool may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms.
